It’s a well-known fact that each of us has issues with weight. Some of us are looking to gain it. Others are looking to lose it. It doesn’t matter what category you fall into, the Venus Factor Leptin diet can help you succeed. Let’s take a closer look.

Guy… Are you asking what about me? No worries… check out what you need to know about low testosterone.

THE FIVE RULES EVERYONE MUST ABIDE BY

1) Never eat after dinner. This is a problem many of us have. If you eat dinner early enough, you are going to be hungry a few hours later. Here is the trick, eat dinner a few hours before you go to bed. If you go to bed around 11:00 pm, eat dinner at 8:00 pm. On the Leptin diet it’s as simple as that.

2) Don’t snack. Snacks are allowed on other diets, but not Leptin. You only get 3 meals a day. Eat them 5-6 hours apart from one another. If you eat breakfast at 11:00 am, don’t eat lunch till about 4-5:00 pm. This might sound late, but this is the way the Leptin Diet works.

3)When you eat, finish before your are full. Once you reach the point where you are only slightly full, this is when you stop. You also need to stay away from big meals. This might be difficult for those who love food, but you need to practice self-restraint.

4)Protein is your friend, especially at breakfast. Eat about 20-30 grams of protein at breakfast. Protein gives you a base for your stomach. It’s also going help you to get full a lot sooner.

5)Carbs can be your friend. This all has to do with moderation. With the Leptin Diet, you need to limit your carb intake. Don’t cut it out, because that’s not healthy. Each of us needs carbs to stay healthy. There is a difference between good carbs and bad carbs. Eat more good carbs.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BE AVOIDING

The list is not that long actually. Just avoid things like soda and carbonated water. These aren’t good for you anyway. Stay away from snacking, as mentioned above. There’s nothing wrong with it, it’s just a bad habit. You might also want to stay away from energy drinks. Though some of them do help, they are not permitted on the diet.
